Already-installed can be used forever, whether you have access to updates or not. With each purchase, you’ll have 12-months of access to personal support and installations of new JS Help Desk releases. After 12 months, you can renew this access with generous discounts. If you prefer not to renew, your installed software is unaffected – it will remain installed and you can carry on using it.
Yes, you can use JS Help Desk on client sites in two ways. Either you can purchase more number of sites OR purchase an appropriate license for each client sites (yes you can refer them and earn 20% commission through our affiliate program).
